Problem: Student's Chromebook upon launching DRC is met with an error that states the resolution is inadequate for testing, and will not allow the Chromebook to proceed with testing.

Solution: CTRL+SHIFT+0 to reset resolution back to native.

1. Close DRC
2. Log in to Chromebook
3. CTRL+SHIFT+0
   1. Your resolution should pop back to the native for the Chromebook.
4. Relaunch DRC Insight

If CTRL+SHIFT+0 does not resolve

1. Click the system tray
2. Click settings
3. Click Device
4. Click Displays
5. Click the arrows to get you back to native resolution
6. Click save
