As of May 26th, 2020 the Google Extension know as Google Meet Grid View stopped working. They updated their extension to a new version.  Please remove this extension. To do this open Chrome and click on the following, upper-right hand corner three vertical dots-->More Tools-->Extensions-->Find the extension and click remove.

There are a few options to replace this.

• The most reliable option would be to use the native built-in version called Tiled. To access this in a Google Meet, click the three vertical dots on the white bar in the lower right-hand corner-->Change Layout-->Tiled. This is limited to 16 people on the screen.

• You can also download the new version of the Google Meet Grid View extension by going here. Please note that this is made by a third party, this gives us a very limited ability to diagnose or fix this.
